I tried Chloe Ting’s NEW 25 day Hourglass workout program and that was a challenge. I document my progress and my before and after results. Chloe Ting is giving us all that impossible summer body! This program was intense and focused on abs and glutes.

for everyone doing this challenge or working out at all, you got this :) and keep it up! and if you're thinking about starting some program just go for it! you'll feel better and stronger afterward. just a reminder that everyone has a different body type and we're supposed to be different! so just compare yourself to your own improvements and remember you're beautiful :)
